Roaster’s Notes
We set out to make something just shy of French roast with this collaboration and fell a little short of the mark. But only because we stopped development when we found what we loved and opted to let go of the initial goal. If you’re looking for a darker roast that retains some of its original flavors, try our 100% Honduran - Dark.
Designed as an espresso profile, Collaboration 17 also performs well as a filter extraction. If you stop to notice, you’ll discover hints of caramel, brown sugar, and chocolate with a bittersweet finish.
Roasting Schedule and Ordering Information
To ensure that you receive fresh-roasted coffee we roast to order on Mondays and Thursdays. So if you place an order on Thursday we will roast it the following Monday and will ship it out to you Tuesday.
